Let's Get Social!

We're more than a podcast. Connect with us to learn what UNMISTAKABLE truly means.

One of my favorite things about hosting BlogcastFM is discovering new people who are up to really amazing things. I actually came across Josh Waldman because he'd been featured on Pamela Slim's blog right after he published his new book Job Searching With Social Media for Dummies. Josh not only shared some great tips on the using social media but I grilled him on his writing process. There are quite a few priceless gems in this one:
  • How Josh Turned 2 Layoffs into a Major Blessing in Disguise
  • One Simple Tweak to Your Newsletter that Will Get Your Traffic Up
  • Why Your Content Really Needs to Cater to Your Audience
  • How Josh Built a Substantial Audience in the Offline World by Speaking
  • Some Great Tips on  Getting Free Speaking Gigs
  • How to Figure Out Who the Customers Are in Your Business
  • One ABSOLUTELY KILLER TIP to Organize Your Book
  • The Importance of Video Taping Every Single Gig
  • Why LinkedIn is a Really Important Tool
Some of the resources and people mentioned include:  Josh Waldman is Vice President of Social Media at Corporate Warriors and a gym rat vegetarian. He blogs at CareerEnlightenment.com. You can follow him on twitter @JoshuaWaldman.
