Unless you have some digital boundaries, you'll be working for your devices as opposed to the other way around. We've been conditioned not to have digital boundaries because it makes social networks profitable and it's easier to sell your attention advertisers.
Creating digital boundaries isn't rocket science. It doesn't require you to be some sort of psychological ninja. Downloading a distraction blocker is the first step. There are many. But I've always chosen to use Rescuetime because it gives me so much more than the ability to block distractions.
